Title: Is Sailor Spork getting the Japanese DVDs?

Is Sailor Spork going to get the R2 Cutie Honey the Live DVDs? And, if so, will Sailor Spork offer DVD-Rip subs of the series?
I plan on buying the DVDs of this series. It's been so wonderfully amazing that I can't imagine NOT giving them my money. When I get the DVDs, I'd be more than happy to provide Sailor Spork with copies of the raw DVDs to do their subs.

Thats so cool of you Ohmstar. This series totally worth it. But the first dvd only has two-three episodes on it- how stingy can you get

I agree, but it's such a wonderful series. I'll complain about the stingy DVDs later!

It's something we considered doing, but honestly, the resolution of the 720p HD captures we've been using are higher than the DVDs would be. While the quality and bitrate of the DVDs would outpace the digital TV caps, few people would download them after comparing them to the 720p version.
That said, it would be worth getting a DVD-rip so that I could learn to convert our subtitles to DVD-subber files to encourage fans to buy the commercial DVD's. If you could provide raw DVD copies for that, we would be grateful.

New question in regards to the R2 DVDs: I am still waiting on my Volume 1 to get here (any day now!) so I don't know what the special features are like, but would Sailor Spork be willing to sub these if they were provided?
